WIKIGEN

A two-sided marketplace for science. Data holders and researchers meet across a sealed boundary — only bounded, verifiable outcomes leave.

What they're building, who they are, and where each claim comes from — drawn only from the four source tiers below. Program sessions stay internal unless the team approves an excerpt.

The problem

"The most valuable data cannot be shared like ordinary data." DECK

Bio datasets, private benchmarks, reward functions, source accounts, and proprietary tests all have value because they can evaluate something. Direct disclosure destroys that leverage. DECK

Data owners

Need proof of utility without handing over the data. DECK

Optimizers

Need reward signals, but raw reward data can leak the verifier. DECK

Buyers

Need trust that the evaluation actually ran — not a PDF promise. DECK

02

What is it

"Interaction with private data is not the same as disclosure." — the team's thesis. DECK

"Private data can become verified reward without becoming public data." A TEE holds the private verifier, runs measured code, and exposes only budgeted rewards, bands, hashes, attestations, and settlement events. On the poster it is framed as one interface with two sides: data holders seal private material; researchers fund a capped evaluation and receive a bounded result. DECK POSTER

"Not just private compute — an attested control plane for matching, inference, reward scoring & settlement. This is the B2B2C spine of the market." POSTER
03

What it does

"The same primitive opens several high-value use cases." DECK

Bio validation

Private reward over assays, single-cell data, QC, hidden holdouts. DECK

Private benchmarks

Evaluate code or models against proprietary tests without releasing the tests. DECK

Diligence rooms

Price research, datasets, SOPs, bug reports, and model artifacts. DECK

Source custody

Browser-held accounts and private sources become sealed assets. DECK

Multi-owner science

Fan-out gates, consent, reviewer holds, joint attestations. DECK

04

How it works

Seal the data, run measured code inside the boundary, release only a bounded transcript.

Sealed inputs

Raw bio dataPrivate testsReward functionsSource accounts & credentials

Security claim: "Only the chosen reward transcript leaves the TEE." The team bounds what a public transcript can reveal as I(D ; transcript) ≤ n·k + b — n reward queries × k visible bits + b final-result bits. DECK

All four are team-stated from the deck. No public repository is linked, so none is independently verified for this page (see §09). The poster's live-arena figures — a "2.40 ETH" reserve and a running competition — are the team's own "modeled competition preview," flagged on the poster as illustrative until the evaluator is deployed. Roster · pending confirm

The registry lists WikiGen as a 3-person team (Bay / TX). It also associates Jonny Johnson (Topos, dialogues.ai) with the team — a separate strand who pitched his own product at the July mock. Full roster and roles are unconfirmed for this page.

What exists now — research lineage, a live surface, and shipped components.

Research lineage

The founder is a published co-author on the GEDI cell-death biosensor (Nature Communications, 2021). WEB

Live surface

wikigen.me resolves — "Attested Diligence Rooms. Bring the evaluator to the data." WEB Live · 07-22

Shipped, per the deck

DiligenceRoom escrow + settlement tests, EmailOracleAuth policy + tests, and a TEE email-oracle service with a sealed store are marked "real"; a Tinker-delegate control plane + billing scaffold is "partial." DECK

Honest current state, from the deck: the team names its own open problems rather than hiding them — quote verification must bind measured code (contracts trust a submitter address today), the private-reward-environment implementation and sandbox tests are still to build, and the frontend is a work in progress. Its stated build plan runs private reward environment → TEE enforcement → end-to-end room → Tinker path → public verifier. DECK Pending approval

In their own words

The deck's opening line, then three excerpts from the founder's July mock-pitch. In that session Jonny presented a separate Topos product; the lines below are Victoria's ("Wiki"), the WikiGen strand.

"Private data can become verified reward without becoming public data." Deck cover line DECK

"So many people have sensitive data about the ecosystem I'm in, and they want a shared query — to use it for good. So why not create a system where people can collaborate and have trust verified?"

PITCHPending approval

"Before exposing what we're searching, we verify: are we doing the science? Can we do the science?"

PITCHPending approval

"I'm launching a B2B2C infrastructure for all the in-betweens — so the data owner or the requester doesn't have to do the trust work themselves."

PITCHPending approval

"Inside the TEE / CVM: decrypt · evaluate · score · decide. Outside the boundary: only proof."

Founder review

Five things before this page goes public.

Who is WikiGen, on the page? This page centers you, Wiktoria, as the builder. The registry also lists a 3-person team and associates Jonny Johnson (Topos, dialogues.ai) as a separate strand. Tell us the roster and how you want it shown — and whether the "Caltech / ex-Facebook" registry line belongs to WikiGen at all.
Open
Is there a public repo to link?Your deck cites deployed Base Sepolia contracts and 39 passing Foundry tests, but nothing public is linked or findable. Point us at the repo (or contract addresses) and the code claims become verifiable; otherwise this stays a flagged conflict.
Open
The arena — live or preview?Your poster labels the bio challenge arena a "modeled competition preview … illustrative until the fresh evaluator is deployed," and wikigen.me/arena currently shows only the landing page. Keep that framing, or has it gone live?
Open
Named third parties — confirm none appear. This page deliberately carries no donor, customer, brand, or investor names; anything raised only in private sessions stays off. Confirm nothing is missing that you want public — and nothing present that you don’t.

Anything to cut or fix?The "Pending approval" marks flag the likely spots: the leakage and progress figures, the honest-current-state summary, and the pitch excerpts.
