PITCHROTATOR

Private pitch practice for founders. Record a 60–90 second take, get one repair drawn from your own context, record Take 2 — while the raw context stays behind a sealed reader.

What they're building, who they are, and where each claim comes from — drawn only from the four source tiers below. Program sessions stay internal unless the team approves an excerpt.

The problem

Builders lose pitches they should win.

"The sharpest argument already exists — buried across Claude chats, docs, commits, voice notes, and late-night rehearsal takes. In the room, it still comes out generic." POSTER

The generic chat

Paste your whole brain into a chatbot and hope it understands you. POSTER

The wall of advice

A question bank, or feedback too broad to act on. POSTER

The polished deck

Polish it once, then hope it lands. POSTER

02

What is it

A private practice room that reads your own context instead of asking you to upload it — built for "early-stage AI founders who ship every week." POSTER

"The product works. Now users, customers, mentors, or investors still have to believe it." The rough takes that get you there are "awkward, half-formed, and commercially sensitive" — and the team's position is that this messy thinking is the input, and "it should never mean uploading your raw founder workspace to a normal cloud coach." POSTER

Naming: this page follows the team's newest artifact, the poster — PitchRotator, with Elocute presented as "sister app — same stack." Cohort records still file the team under Elocute, and the Demo Day program lists "Pitch Rotator" (two words). How the two names relate on a public page is the founder's call — §11. 03

What it does

"See the loop, not a feature list." Take 1 → one repair → Take 2. POSTER

1 · Record Take 1

"Speak for 60–90 seconds. No form, no deck upload." POSTER

2 · Fix one thing

"One specific repair, drawn from the take and its private context." POSTER

3 · Record Take 2

"Apply the repair immediately and compare what changed." A repair loads with a 3-second count-in. POSTER

Each take is scored on the live evaluation surface — length, words per minute, fillers per 100 words — and the app "keeps the strongest line, chooses one fix, and loads Take 2." Feedback can come from people, too: for any take you can invite "the critic who matters" — AI eval, mentor, or friend — "not just another model score." POSTER

How it works

"The raw context behind your pitch stays behind a sealed reader." POSTER

Your context

ChatsDocsRepo
Sealed MCP reader
Confidential VM · TEEReads excerpts only — this session only Keeps the strongest lineChooses one fix · loads Take 2
ONE REPAIRfor this exact take
SESSION RECEIPTa plain list of what left your machine

"Only the selected excerpts reach the evaluation. Your full workspace is never uploaded as the prompt." The poster's sample receipt (marked illustrative): sent to the model — 2 chat excerpts, 1 README paragraph, your last take; kept private on your machine — full chat archive, full repo, unrelated files. POSTER

Built with: TypeScript · Next.js · MCP · TEE · ElevenLabs · IndexedDB. "Confidential context deployment with Synclave" — Synclave is a fellow cohort team building the confidential-compute stack. POSTER REGISTRY

Why sealed? From the poster's own challenges-and-learnings panel: "Private context is radioactive. The first founder trace we opened held secrets the founder had forgotten were there — too sensitive for a normal cloud tool. So the MCP server reads it inside a sealed TEE." POSTER

The numbers

The team's own figures, as printed on their poster.

628

1,859
Sister-app practice sessions · 147 power users, 3–40 each
All poster-stated, none independently verified for this page. The cohort registry's earlier Elocute snapshot reads lower (538 users · 1,599 sessions · 39% 30-day active), and the 07-17 mock-pitch telling differs again — snapshots are undated, so this is flagged for one canonical set rather than treated as a contradiction. In their own words

"So this is not a pitch, I'm just practicing." Pitching the app through the app — cohort weekly, 2026-07-13 PITCH

"Pitch Rotator is an app to help founders get better at articulating what they're building — in whatever stage they are in — so that they can onboard users and investors to invest in their journey."

PITCHPending approval

"There's one similar behavior when you get to build something: you consistently need to articulate what you're building, you need to talk to the end user, you need to talk about what you're trying to do."

PITCHPending approval

"It's designed to be an extremely fast loop — you seeing something that you did good and something that you can improve next, and take it forward again."

PITCHPending approval

"I did 20 sessions on the first night and I figured out the loop — it's not just the pitch that I was trying to say; there's so much story behind what I was trying to build that comes after years of experience."

Founder review

Five things before this page goes public.

PitchRotator and Elocute — how do you want the relationship told?Your poster says "sister app — same stack"; cohort records still file the team as Elocute; the Demo Day program says "Pitch Rotator" (two words). Pick the framing (rename, sister app, or leave Elocute off) and the spelling, and the page follows it.
Open
One canonical figure set?The page prints the poster's numbers (110 · 3,287 · 628 · 1,859 · 147). The registry's earlier Elocute snapshot is lower (538 · 1,599) and the mock-pitch telling differs again. Confirm the poster set, or supply as-of dates.
Open
The four pitch excerpts in §08 — approve or cut?All are lightly punctuated live-transcript lines from the 07-17 mock and 07-13 weekly. Program sessions stay internal unless you approve each one.
Open
Links and contact — right and complete?hello@albiona.dev as preferred contact, @albicodes as the X handle, and no public repo (is that intended?). The Synclave deployment line is kept as printed on your poster — say if you'd rather drop it.

Anything you'd cut or fix?Likely spots are marked "Pending approval": the naming callout, the figures, the excerpts, the contact email.
